The room was cold despite maximum temperature settings. Windows were dirty, ruining the view. I found rubbish behind the curtain upon arrival, which is unacceptable.

my stay was fantastic! the location had a beautiful and peaceful vibe, ideal for a date night. the junior suite was spacious with a lovely big shower and bath tub, really exceeding my expectations from previous stays in amsterdam.
